Almirante 2017 is one of the flagship red blends from Bodega Dos Hemisferios, crafted with care and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels followed by minimum of 12 months in the bottle. This maturation brings harmony between ripe fruit and elegant oak, resulting in a complex, well-structured wine with depth and elegance – a majestic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, and Merlot.

In the glass, it shows a deep ruby color with garnet hues that reflect its evolution.

Full-bodied yet refined, Almirante is a wine made for slow enjoyment — perfect with red meats, game, or richly flavored dishes, and equally rewarding on its own as a contemplative glass.

The nose opens with complex aromas of blackberry, plum, and cassis, intertwined with hints of vanilla, tobacco, and subtle spice from its time in oak.

On the palate, Almirante 2017 reveals generous dark fruit flavors, well-structured tannins, and balanced acidity. Layers of cedar, cocoa, and leather add depth, while the finish is long, smooth, and elegant.

This is a wine that combines power with finesse, designed to age gracefully but already drinking beautifully.

Color: Deep ruby red with garnet reflections.

Nose: Blackberry, plum, cassis, with notes of vanilla, spice, tobacco, and cedar.

Palate: Full-bodied, rich dark fruit, firm but polished tannins, oak integration.

Overall structure: Powerful yet elegant; layered, complex, with a long and smooth finish.
